Set on a 700 m² property, the villa offers 212 m² of comfortable indoor space designed for shared stays while giving each bedroom its own sense of privacy. The bright open-plan living and dining area features a generous lounge, a large Smart TV, and a dining table for six, with wide glass doors connecting the interiors to the pool and surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious island with four stools; a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, water dispenser, and cooking essentials. Fast Wi-Fi of around 100 Mbps is available throughout the villa. All three bedrooms feature king-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, Smart TVs, wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms. The master suite includes its own private lounge and a separate study. The second bedroom also has a private study, while the third features a dedicated workspace and opens directly onto the pool area. Each ensuite bathroom offers a freestanding bathtub and rainfall shower. One features a double vanity and wide rice field views, while the others have garden-facing windows and a calm, spa-like feel. A separate guest toilet adds extra convenience. Outside, the 58 m² private pool is surrounded by tropical greenery, with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing by the water.
