Can I get a refund for my accommodation booking?
An accommodation booking is by its nature a refundable service.
By law, you have the right to cancel your booking at any time. However, in such a case, you are obliged to reimburse the representative or the owner of the accommodation for any expenses incurred in connection with the providing of the service or the preparation for the providing of the service.
Information on cancellation conditions is specified in the document sent to your e-mail address after payment for the reservation. The amount of the fee is indicated in the booking confirmation letter.
Refund Procedure
To cancel a reservation for a specific date:
- Notify the manager of the management company of the cancellation of the service (the manager's contact details are given in the booking confirmation letter).
- If the manager of the management company asks you to make a request, follow these instructions.
- Make a request to cancel your booking for specific dates.
- Send the request to the management company by email or courier, as agreed with the manager.
- Wait for a decision.
- Receive a refund.
According to the general rules, the management company will consider the request for a refund for a booking for a specific date within 10 days. It will then return the money in the manner indicated in the request.
It is recommended to notify the cancellation of the reservation 14-60 days before the arrival date. In this case, the client will be able to avoid problems related to sanctions established by the company's internal regulatory documents.
Cancellation Policy. Individual Bookings
- Bookings can be cancelled 14-60 days in advance depending on the season and villa occupied. Terms and conditions must be agreed prior to booking.
- The 10% discount is non-refundable. It can be applied to both OTA and direct bookings. This rate is non-refundable.
- All bookings for long stays (more than 21 days) at the special rate are non-refundable. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in the form of a 100% voucher. The voucher is valid for 1 year.
- Under other conditions, the company has the right to claim forfeit on booking cancellation.
