Dream Villa is a spacious property with nice big garden centrally located in the heart of Legian, just a 1-minute walk from the main road. All necessary amenities such as pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and the beach are conveniently close by. The open living area on the first floor of the villa is the perfect space to relax and unwind. Whether you want to watch TV on the comfortable sofa or enjoy a game of billiards, you'll find it all here. And if you're into sports, you'll love that there's even a treadmill! On scorching days, there's nothing better than cooling off in the expansive pool surrounded by lush greenery. And there's even a lovely sunbathing area with loungers right next to the pool, so you can relax to your heart's content! The villa has a lovely, well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need for cooking, including a large fridge, a stove with an oven, a water dispenser, and various kitchen utensils and cookware. You'll just love the dining area in the living room, with its gorgeous view of the garden and pool – perfect for enjoying a delicious meal! The main bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom is located on the first floor, while the other three bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Although the bedrooms on the second floor do not have ensuite bathrooms, there is a bathroom located on the same floor with a toilet. Additionally, there is an extra bathroom (shower + toilet) on the first floor near the living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a spacious king-size bed, wardrobe space, a desk, and air conditioning for comfort. Experience opulence and convenience in this exquisite villa.
