Personal Data Processing Policy

This Policy outlines PT Farsight Villas Management company's (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) Policy on Processing Personal Data. The Policy is developed to meet the requirements of the Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (“ PDP Law ”), that was enacted into law on 17 October 2022, providing a new overarching framework for personal data protection in Indonesia to protect Personal Data and the rights and freedoms of individuals during the processing of their personal information.

The Policy clarifies to the Personal Data Subjects: how and for what purposes their Personal Data are collected, used or otherwise processed, as well as reflecting the rights of the Personal Data Subjects in this regard and the mechanism for exercising them.
